Hello 2017!

2016 has come to an end. 365 days that were happy, sad, challenging, surprising and a whole lot more all wrapped up in a year!

One of the things 2016 brought me was the opportunity to start this blog. While it has been a slow start, 2017 brings with it the opportunity to focus more on this effort and have some fun in the kitchen!

My niece gave me the most thoughtful gift, a tasting spoon engraved with "Add a Little Flavor". It reminded me that this is a passion and that it is a gift to be able to share that passion with others, be they few or many.

So let's add some flavor to 2017... Happy New Year!!
